After cleansing, apply generously and distribute root-to-tip with a wide-tooth comb. This is a great conditioner for my African American hair. I let it sit for about 20 minutes and it leaves my hair soft and moisturized. I have short hair and this conditioner helps define my natural curls.

I've used this twice since I received it! My hair soaks it up! This deep conditioner rinses out leaving my fine salt and pepper hair strands nicely coated without weighing it down. Here in the northeast as the air is dry in the winter indoors and out, it's nice to have a deep conditioner that holds onto moisture. The fragrance is very very mild (which I appreciate much) and I don't smell it after styling! I would purchase again!

I tried to like it

I purchased this thinking it would be good for my 4c natural hair. After the first use, my hair felt so dry and coated, if that makes sense. I thought it was something I did, so I decided to give it another try. I deep condition my hair weekly, so the next time I tried it, I did a clarifying shampoo to make sure my hair was squeaky clean, then applied the conditioner and sat under a plastic cap to help with the deep conditioning. After rinsing, I was disappointed again. I don't know why, but I gave it a third try and finally decided it wasn't me, it was the product. Very disappointed.
