Returns & Exchanges

We aim for customer satisfaction.  If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at and let us know how we can assist you. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.  Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return.  If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at within five (5) business days from the date you receive your order.  Include your full name and order number in order to aid us in assisting you.

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less the shipping cost.  If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a shipping fee accessed.
