Why the routine works

Tight coils make it hard for your scalp's natural oils to travel down the strand, so ends run dry first.

Deep condition: babassu oil melts at body temperature and absorbs fast; panthenol holds water to the strand. Heat helps both in.
Hydrate: water and glycerin give each section moisture to hold.
Moisturize and define: Twist Whip Butter's shea, tucuma and mango butters sit in a water base, so they absorb instead of sitting waxy.
Seal: coconut, soybean and argan oils slow moisture loss.

How to use it

Cleanse with your shampoo bar.
Apply Babassu Deep Conditioner, cover, and add heat for 30 minutes. Rinse cool.
In small sections on damp hair, mist with Curl Hydration Spray.
Smooth a quarter-sized amount of Twist Whip Butter through each section.
Finish with 2–3 drops of Argan Rose Hair Oil.

What to expect

Easier detangling and softer coils on wash day one; judge moisture on day three or four. Shrinkage is normal — it means your coils are elastic. Want a protein step? The Type 3 Moisture Bundle has the plant-protein mask. The hair oil contains coconut oil.
