Wet hair thoroughly. Glide the bar directly along the scalp or lather between palms, massage into hair, and rinse with cool water to seal the cuticle. Store in a cool, dry place between uses to extend the bar's life.

Cleaned my hair without drying it out. I cut my bar into eight pieces and used a piece wash my 4C hair, still have the same piece. My hair was left clean but not dry. It’s long lasting and good value for money.

Why Did I Wait So Long?

I had been reading great reviews about this shampoo bar on naturallycurly.com for a while, but I wasn't motivated to try it until after a frustrating trip on which the TSA quart-sized bag/liquid restriction was problematic. When I returned home I was determined to try other products that would make my future travels easier... hence it was time to give shampoo bars a try. I tried this a few months months ago (thinking I would use it only when traveling) and I haven't gone back to my old liquid shampoo since. This shampoo bar REALLY cleans my hair without stripping it. It lathers up A LOT and the lather is creamy and moisturizing. After using this, my hair feels cleaner, fluffier, healthier, and stronger. I literally feel like my hair is fuller and longer. While my previous shampoo was very moisturiziing, I don't think that it fully cleaned all of the product out of my hair, so my hair was a bit weighed down. I've had to use so many moisturizing products ever since I went natural, that I had forgot what it felt like to have really clean hair. This bar was the first Obia Naturals product that I've ever tried and I'm hooked. I'm excited to try their other products as well.

Totally underated natural hair products! So like I am blown away by how amazing this shampoo bar makes my hair feel. First of all my hair is super moisturized while washing and after washing it is super defined. Because of this when I apply a styler I dont have to do much because my hair is already defined and detangled. My hair stays clean for a longer period of time. Thank you Obia naturals.
